My Approach

Step 1: Discovery & Strategy

We’ll start with a 45-minute discovery call to assess your grant readiness and clarify your goals. I then craft a tailored scope of work—whether it’s identifying grants, developing new proposals, or refining existing ones—to match your organization’s needs. You receive a detailed proposal outlining deliverables and timelines, an invoice (payment plans available), and access to a secure Google Drive, where we’ll keep all key organizational materials and deliverables.

Step 2: Collaborative Execution
You’ll receive an onboarding document and begin uploading the requested materials about your organization. This setup enables me to identify opportunities that align with your organization’s unique strengths. If you need help with grant writing, you will also receive regular updates on applications and a set number of draft reviews to ensure every detail meets your standards and funders’ criteria.

Step 3: Legacy & Continued Partnership
Legacy clients are eligible for discounted funding packages, as much of the groundwork and onboarding will have been completed. You’ll be able to go back and reference these materials in perpetuity.
